Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you have not attended your scheduled consultation or program session. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Consultation Refunds

Personal Consultation ($85): Full refund if cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled session. No refund if cancelled within 24 hours.
4-Week Program ($180): Full refund if cancelled before the first session. Partial refund available for sessions not yet attended (pro-rated).

Cancellation Process

To request a refund, email info@detoxificationpu.world with your order details. Include your name, order date, and reason for cancellation.

Non-Refundable Items

Downloaded guides or materials (digital products).
Consultations or sessions already attended or in progress.
Promotional or discounted services.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Special Circumstances

If we cancel a consultation due to our scheduling error or unavailability, a full refund or rescheduling option is provided without question.
